Provided interim project management duties for the Defense Investigative Analysis Center (DIAC), Bolling AFB, Washington, D.C. Participated in the capabilities presentation, prepared the pricing, assisted with contract negotiations, performed transition, and provided the initial management of this five year fixed price/$7.7M contract. Oversight for 42 facilities maintenance personnel.

Management & Accounting services for the Montgomery County, Maryland Office of Procurement. Developed the proposal submission requirements for all county negotiated procurements. Also contracted to provide cost and price analysis/auditing services.
Led negotiations in Kiev, Ukraine, and Almaty, Kazakhstan. Developed an innovative procedure to address subcontractor working capital needs. Represented client to ministerial-level government executives and World Bank officials.
