For the past 17 years, Mr. Levinson has developed a very diverse law practice. Mr. Levinson has represented a multitude of companies involved with construction contracts and claims, government contracting claims/disputes/terminations, false claims, commercial agreements, real property, bank fraud, product liability, accounting, licensing, and construction defects. Mr. Levinson has been the lead or associate counsel in numerous state and federal trials and appeals. Mr. Levinson has also been the Counsel to companies and individuals in transactional and general business matters, including joint venture and partnering agreements, consulting and employment agreements, labor issues, government code compliance, and contract preparation and negotiation.
