Mr. Chatham has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, business development, project management, and contract administration for government services contractors. Mr. Chatham has held senior management positions with several government services contractors, most notably as President and COO of Global (formerly Global Associates), a $150M/year base support, marine engineering, and educational services company. Mr. Chatham began supporting Global's business development and contract operations in 1992. After eight years of consulting support, Mr. Chatham became Global's Vice President of Operations, then acting President, and in the fall of 2001 President and COO. Before Global, Mr. Chatham was the Vice President of Marketing and Administration for Hartco Facility Support Services, a Maryland-based 8(a) facilities maintenance contractor. Prior to Hartco, Mr. Chatham was the Manager of Business Development for SSI Services, Inc., a Pittsburgh-based base support services contractor. Prior to joining SSI Services, Mr. Chatham was a partner in a Maryland-based public accounting firm.

Mr. Chatham's focus for GRG's clients is the development and expansion of their core capabilities for both large and small business through teaming, acquisition, and competition. Mr. Chatham has been actively involved in multiple sole source awards for O&M services, logistics, design/build construction, and IT services for our Alaskan Native Corporation clients since 1996. Mr. Chatham has participated in the capabilities presentation, prepared the pricing requirements, assisted with contract negotiations, and transitioned these projects. The aggregate contract value of these projects exceeds $900M.
